  • From your city-center hotel or cruiseship with FREE hotel pickup and dropoff transfer provided for the Istanbul neighborhoods listed further below. (From any other locations, apartments, suites, residences, B&Bs or private addresses, we can advise a nearby selected pier or hotel that you can come to for pickup instead.)
  • From some Bosphorus restaurants/clubs with their own piers including: Marina Balık Restaurant, Tuğra Restaurant at Ciragan, Aqua Restaurant at Four Seasons, Park Fora, Iskele, Sortie, Angelique (a reservation at the restaurant is needed)
  • From nearby some touristic sights (typically within a few minutes walk to nearby pier): Dolmabahce Palace, Rumeli Fortress, Ortakoy Square
  • Other locations and piers may be possible on request or with an additional fee.

Asian Side

  • From these piers: Beyelerbeyi or Kuleli
  • From some Bosphorus hotels with their own piers including: Aija Hotel and Bosphorus Palace Hotel (hotel residents only)
  • From some Bosphorus restaurants with their own piers including: Lacivert restaurant, Uskumru restaurant and Delmare restaurant (a reservation at the restaurant is needed)
  • From nearby some touristic sights (typically within a few minutes walk to nearby pier): Beylerbeyi Palace, Kucuksu Kasrı, Anatolian Fortress
  • Other locations and piers may be possible on request or with an additional fee.

Online Booking – How To Indicate Free Pick Up:

You can enter the name and address of your Istanbul hotel in our online booking system during the “PICK UP & DROP OFF” section. Here select the “Yes, I would like to have a roundtrip transfer service to the yacht pier” option. This will open a pick up and drop off address field where you can enter your hotel information.

When is Pick-Up Time:

Please refer to the pick-up time and location shown on your email confirmation – Unless otherwise indicated there, usually pick-up times will be as follows:

  • If from a hotel/cruiseship in one of the Istanbul neighborhoods above: pick-up time is usually 30 minutes prior to the cruise start time from your hotel lobby/reception.
  • If from a pier, or a hotel with its own pier: pick-up time is usually directly at the cruise start time from the selected pier.

Please Note:

  • These are some of the most common neighborhoods tourists stay in central Istanbul European-side.
  • If you’re not sure if your location is included, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • Free pick up and drop off is based on staying at hotels or cruiseships in these neighborhoods.
  • This service is only available for direct bookings made through this website.
  • Some promotional/discounted rates/custom arrangements may not include hotel pickup and dropoff. Please check what’s included in your quote.
  • For any other types of accommodation, for example apartments, private addresses, suites, B&B, hostels etc., we will pick you up from the nearest selected hotel or pier instead. You can choose which pier you prefer in our booking system or we can advise you the a nearby hotel to meet at if you contact us.
